Denise Lomax, affectionately known as Lady Grateful, embodies gratitude through her mission to uplift children in our community who have been overlooked. Her journey began several years ago when she discovered approximately 15 children residing in an abandoned house on Indiana Street in Detroit.

For Denise, rebuilding a neighborhood goes beyond physical restoration; it entails reinstating pride in one's community. Witnessing the transformation, she observes a newfound enthusiasm among residents as they eagerly engage in revitalizing their blocks, restoring vibrancy to their surroundings.

Through our efforts, we infuse hope into an area that has faced despair. Communities are reclaiming their neighborhoods, ensuring they remain havens of cleanliness and safety. We take immense pride in contributing to this remarkable rebirth.
